This program is designed to do a few simple things:
- burn a ton of excess junk fat from your body in a decent time frame- 12 weeks isn’t too short or too long. It’s just right to keep you engaged while achieving great results
- greatly improve your full body strength and stamina- better posture, decreased injury risk, huge confidence boost, etc. Life gets a lot easier

- develop your ability to handle stress much more effectively

- develop a really strong foundation of sustainable habits on which you can build a much higher quality of life

Here’s what you need to know to get started on our 12 WEEK RESET PROGRAM:
- Places are strictly limited to 8 people
- Our next RESET PROGRAM starts on Monday 28th September 2015 at 7pm
- You’ll need to come in for your initial assessment before then
- You program investment is €600- this can be payed in 3 instalments of €200 each
- You’ll train in a group setting 3 days a week
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 7-8pm
- You’ll train an optional 4th day on your own (program provided) on a day and time that suits you
- You’ll receive an Initial private assessment
- Starting measurements
