12 Hours Notice Is Required For Cancelling Appointments
Steve McGrath Health & Performance Ltd. is committed to providing all of our clients with a great service.
When you reserve an appointment time with a coach, you remove that time from our schedule that is then unavailable for another client to book in to.
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice given) and ‘no shows’, (where a client doesn’t turn up for their scheduled appointment time), prevent clients on our waiting from booking in and receiving our services in order to improve their health, fitness and quality of life.
We also miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and fully utilise the time of our staff, and end up with emptier sessions and potentially unhappy customers who we could have trained at that time.
‘No-Shows’ and late cancellation appointments will be forfeit and deducted from your account and cannot be used at a later date.
You will not be able to cancel appointments online with less than 12 hours notice.
If you cannot make the time you have reserved, and have missed the 12 hour cancellation window, we always appreciate a phone call to 021 4882288 so we can contact other clients on the waiting list- please leave a voicemail if we are busy with clients and cannot answer.

- send a message through the coaching app
- send a social media message (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- contact one of the coaches personally (phone, text, social media, etc)
regarding cancelations as these will not be seen prior to sessions and will not reach the coach on duty for that scheduled appointment time.
If you’re not 100% sure that you can make an appointment due to illness, work, travel, family commitments, etc., please do not reserve that appointment time as you will prevent other clients from accessing it and will lose that session if you don’t arrive in for it or cancel late.

Being Aware Of Your Booked Appointments
It’s super easy to keep track of the appointments you have reserved and manage them as needed. All your reserved appointments:
- have confirmation notifications that you can set up on your phone
- are visible inside your Glofox account (via your app and website here)
- can be synced to your devices calendar
- have reminder notifications that can be set up on your phone
We ask all clients to respect their coaches time, their own time and the time of other clients who are on waiting list for those appointment times in order to improve their health, fitness and quality of life.
Late cancellations and ‘no-shows’ will result in reserved appointment times being deducted for your account and cannot be rescheduled for later use.
