Our lifestyle and nutrition coaching program is a very practical choice for anyone who really wants to improve the quality of their life but doesn’t know where to start due to so many things that they think they need to change immediately.
It is also a great choice for any client who really wants to take their health, wellbeing and training/sports performance up a level.
The key to making longterm change that have a real powerful effect on your health and performance is to form one habit at a time until you don’t even realise that you are doing. It literally happens on autopilot.
This program is 100% focused on supporting and educating our clients on how to form the necessary habits that are necessary for lifelong change.
As part of this program, our coaches provide each client with all the tools and strategies that are necessary in making lasting change.
These tools and strategies include:
- Self-assessment pack for client to fill out prior to initial assessment
- Initial 60 minute lifestyle review, short and longterm goal setting, assessing starting point (body-fat, weight, progress photos, etc.), initial habit formation
- Weekly private coaching sessions (30 minutes) to monitor body fat, take measurements, trouble shoot problems, set new goals, etc.
- Weekly email support including review of previous assessment results assigned tasks and recipes
- Nutrition adherence charts, nutrition journals, weekly shopping lists and more
Our NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE COACHING PROGRAM lasts for 24 weeks. This allows a realistic timeframe for our clients to form the necessary habits required and also gives our coaches a decent timeframe in which to progress our client in a safe and unpressurised process.
