STEVE’S NOTE: Magda has been a member for almost 1 year and was one of the first people to join our facility and she has shown a great ability to listen to her coaches and then implement what she has been told whether it’s about nutrition, training technique or lifestyle habits.
Magda has the right attitude when it comes to training and is always focused on getting things right, progressing at a steady pace and making long-term health and results a priority.
She has gotten stronger, more athletic and more confident month after month due to her consistency with her training routine. This is another very well deserved client of the month award which once again sets the standard for our facility.
My main goals when I started training at Fitness were to improve my posture, full body strength as well as stay healthy and athletic.
Before I started I was suffering from back pain nearly every day due to sedentary work, had poor core and overall strength.
Through my training I have gotten much stronger (including 5 chin ups!) and I’m able to maintain better posture during long hours of work. By developing a stronger core and better postural habits my back pain has improved and my energy levels have improved which is great during the day and evenings. I have returned to sport and my new energy and strength levels are a great help in dealing with work stress and motivation in everyday life.
The atmosphere is friendly, great fun, nice people and it feels like I’m at home.
I am always provided with all the necessary education, motivation and support during classes and outside of training as well. This is done through emails, information published on the website, workshops as well as a professional and individualised approach to each member with a huge emphasis on proper technique.
Reset Fitness is the opposite of the overcrowded gyms where your needs get lost among all the other people. I would definitely recommend it if you want an individual approach and motivation to set and achieve your goals and have good fun!!
