AVOID THIS COMMON ROWING MISTAKE

We add lots of rowing movements into our training programs for several reasons:

  • Better posture
  • Increased core control
  • Great for grip strength

This is a very common mistake that we see with people when they are performing any type of rowing movement and it can aggravate the front of the shoulder
if it is done repeatedly.
