For years I had an on/off again relationship with exercise. A combined lack of knowledge and lack of accountability prevented me from getting fitter and healthier.
A friend recommended Steve’s at time when I was at the worst I had been in a long time. I wasn’t taking very good care of myself, my diet was poor and I was suffering from back pain due to being so inactive and spending long days sitting at a computer at work.
I train twice per week and also add in tennis and squash every week.
My overall fitness and energy levels have dramatically improved, my back pain has cleared up completely and my confidence levels have improved a lot also. For years I had seen myself as weak and thin but now I have no issues regarding that.
Steve and his team have been extremely helpful by teaching me the correct form for exercises and with designing the right programto make me feel good without completely wearing me out!
The service is fantastic. The guys always provide me with top tips to get the most out of each exercise and they are very good at gauging my energy levels and altering my routine from session to session to get the most out of me.
For anyone thinking about getting started with the Steve and his team I would say just do it and consider it an investment in your health and fitness.
