I haven’t a clue what to write for this blog……but I bet it’s still going to be unreal

I usually have no problem at all coming up with content for blogs. Ideas are usually jumping out at me from all angles but today I’m simply hitting a wall.

Sitting on a swiss ball I haven’t a clue what to write so I’m just going to write a random thought every 30 seconds. Here goes:

2015-05-08 15.13.43

  1. Irish men have been voted the sexiest in the world. With that head of hair I don’t think I’d be among them.
  2. I really need a hair cut- Suse, book me in with Jimal
  3. By 2030 Ireland is on track to being the joint most obese country in Ireland- that’s a disgrace. Con’t be one of them. Invest in learning how to take care of yourself NOW
  4. What’s even more disturbing is the fact that there are more gyms and fitness coaches in business than ever before- are we doing a terrible job or do people simply not give a shit about themselves
  5. Psychology is a huge aspect of coaching people. We know it works but getting people to actually do what needs doing is the hard  part
  6. One of the saddest things is knowing that people are missing out on years, even decades, of quality life with those they love due to the choices they make every day- smoking, working 70 hour weeks, eating to the point of obesity, spending their free time stuck in pubs, etc. I see this every day.
  7. Nobody on their deathbed has ever said ‘I wish I worked more” (i heard this somewhere but can’t remember so I don’t take credit for it 🙂
  8. Many people on their deathbed have thought ‘I wish I spent more time with those I love, doing the thing I love’
  9. One of the biggest reasons so many people are in a rut is because they are SUPER-DISORGANISED. When this is the case you are at the mercy of convenience foods, lack of time and never-ending drama
  10. Starting things is a great idea and the easiest thing in the world…….until you realise that it takes, works, consistency, sacrifice, time, money and a whole lot more
  11. Giving up fizzy drinks completely was one of the most important decisions I have ever made in my life- what’s the 1 thing that you need to do to move your life forward but have been putting off?
  12. Things are easier said than done…..but they still need to be done if you want to see results
  13. It’s so easy to forget how far you have come and get pissed off with training. When this happens get out the before and after pictures. Instant reality check.
  14. A great phrase I came across recently- Beast mode on. Everybody wants to be a beast until they realise what beasts do
  15. For healthy people with no medical issues, the 3 key to sustainable fat loss and and real-world health are building muscle, eating non-processed nutrient rich foods and living a healthy lifestyle. If you aren’t seeing the results that you want then you aren’t doing these 3 things.
  16. Everything you do is either an investment or an expense. Your mindset and beliefs decide which one it is
  17. Longterm quality of life is much more important than short term weight-loss. Which one are you chasing
  18. If you’re an athlete but don’t have a professionally designed strength program , don’t complain when you’re body rebels
  19. Nobody’s health ever suffered from having a pizza- I think I’ll have one tonight
