When I started my main goals were to increase my strength and mobility and to gain overall muscle tone.
Before I started I had a very sedentary lifestyle and I wasn’t very fit. My weight was never an issue but my nutrition was lacking in good fats and vegetables. As a result I had low energy levels leading to poor concentration.
Since I started I have changed my eating habits, I drink lots of water, train regularly and stick to my program. Now I have more energy and a more positive attitude. The nutrition journal helps maintain focus on eating habits and recipes are shared regularly.
The atmosphere at Reset Fitness is friendly and professional and they are always looking to improve.
My advice to anyone who is thinking about training is make a start and stick to the program and goals set out.
The facility is spacious and is clutter free while also having a large array of training equipment, because of the space and the open doors the air is fresh and clean.
