My reason for joining was mainly to lose weight and tone up. I wanted to activate my muscles more and start eating healthier.
Before I started, I wasn’t training or eating right. I gained weight and got lazy as I had started doing shift work. I lost confidence in my appearance. I had started to drink a lot of soft drinks, beer and eating takeaways. I used to play soccer and go for walks but these had all stopped.
You are given a daily nutritional diary, which really helped me a lot as I could see what I was eating. It helped me to eliminate some of my bad habits and I found it very useful.
During my program my body fat reduced which felt great. I felt good and confident about myself. I started eating healthier. I built muscle, especially around my shoulders and I really enjoyed the training.
I got some unexpected results from the training that I didn’t expect. Before training I used to get a pain in my chest from an operation I had a few years ago and now I don’t have any pain.
I also have more energy throughout the day and my general fitness has improved so much that I don’t feel any pains or strains anymore.
The atmosphere at Reset Fitness is excellent. You are given a lot of attention. You can ask questions and you will always get the answers.
The trainers are always willing you on to make your goals and they along with other clients make it a good and friendly place to train.
I am back playing 5 a side soccer and I feel better coming off shift work.
The level of instruction is at a very high standard. Every programme is explained and demonstrated so that the right technique is achieved.
For anybody thinking about training at Reset Fitness I would tell you to really consider it. It has improved my lifestyle all round and I feel good about myself. The staff there really help you to their maximum ability and make training there really enjoyable.
