Before I started training with the guys, I wasn’t exercising, my eating habits were bad, I had no energy and I was suffering from constant lower back pain.
Since joining my lower back pain has improved immensely to the point where I would say it is completely gone. I also have a lot more energy and have really made huge progress with my nutrition- I feel great.
