April has applied herself totally towards becoming stronger, fitter and overall healthier from the first time she came to Reset Fitness. April always has a positive vibe about her and it rubs off on the rest of those in the gym creating a great training environment.
April who is currently pregnant knows the importance of maintaining health and strength throughout pregnancy, here she demonstrates how to expertly deadlift a kettlebell.
“My main reason for joining Reset Fitness was to lose unwanted bodyweight that I gained during pregnancy and also improve my back strength which had deteriorated during pregnancy.
Before starting in the gym I would have been active (prior to pregnancy). Where possible, I would have eaten as healthy as I could. Despite this my confidence levels were low and also my energy levels.
Coaches note: Back pain often can be experienced with pregnant women. keeping on top of your joint strength and mobility in particular can have a massive impact on diminishing pain, April is testament to this.
Since starting I have gained a whole new outlook with regard to working out. My back strength has improved considerably from when I started. Unexpectedly, I found that my joints became stronger too.
The atmosphere is always very positive and friendly. The guys go above and beyond to provide its clients with all the relevant information in order to help you achieve your goal.
Coaches Note: We understand that with pregnancy comes muscular discomfort and high heart rates etc. however it is extremely important to maintain a high standard of health both for the mother and child.
The level of instruction and coaching is excellent and I would encourage anyone who is thinking about getting fitter, stronger and healthier with Reset Fitness to just go for it and don’t look back. It will add so much to your everyday life and will benefit it in many ways.”
