The main reason I started at Reset Fitness was to lose weight and just feel fitter and healthier.
My doctor said I was pre-diabetic and that I needed to take this seriously and start improving my lifestyle, including dropping the weight.
I was eating all the wrong foods, had an inactive lifestyle and it was negatively affecting my everyday life.
I was struggling to cut the grass at home, struggling to just walk in general without having to consistently stop due to being out of breath, and just felt heavy on my feet in general and out of shape.
With the help of the Reset Fitness team I have dropped 55lb, gone from a size 44 pants to a size 36, and I’m no longer classed as being pre-diabetic.
I feel much healthier and fitter in myself, feel much lighter on my feet and no longer struggle with everyday tasks such as walking and cutting the grass.
