I decided to join Reset Fitness to increase my strength and overall fitness. I wanted to decrease my stress levels and try to get a good work/life balance.
Before joining I had little or no upper body strength. In fact, to be honest, I even found it difficult lifting and carrying shopping bags.
I was lethargic and allowed myself to get over-loaded with work!! My eating habits did nothing to help this.
When I started I set specific goals to achieve from my personalized programme. I have since increased my overall strength and stamina. I have learnt to eat correctly such as increasing my protein intake with my everyday meals.
What I didn’t expect is how good I would feel after each and every single session. My posture has also improved greatly leading to me having more confidence especially when other people notice my improvements.
I really enjoy the training and the atmosphere is always very friendly and 100% supportive.
The back up and support is excellent. I receive e-mails and articles regularly which I really enjoy as they are very informative giving me new ideas, motivation, recipes, etc.
The level of instruction and professionalism I receive from the coaches is EXCELLENT.
I have recommended Reset Fitness and it’s team to all my colleagues as marvellous trainers and motivators.
