Quick And Sweaty Conditioning Workout 😅😅😅

We always have a few conditioning sessions on the board for clients if they want to pop in and get a quick sweat on.  

We always aim to keep them simple to follow so that they can just get stuck in and get on with the rest of their day.

These workouts are great for relieving stress, frustration, burning calories, improving cardiovascular health and much more.- now who doesn’t want a bit of that!

You could perform this workout as a stand alone session which is what most of our clients do, or you could add it in after completing the resistance part of your workout- it works great either way.

Like everything else health and fitness related, the exercises can be adapted to suit your specific needs, ability, etc.

Remember the golden rule when it comes to long term health and fitness is to keep it super simple (the K.I.S.S. principle), so get in, get your workout done, and get on with the rest of your day 👍
